Built on Ethics. Driven by Outcomes.
We believe in doing things the right way, because strategy only works when it’s built on trust, experience, and real integrity.
From Ethical Property to Ethical IQ
What began as a boutique advisory for ethically minded property investors has grown into a national tax and strategy firm, trusted by investors across Australia. As client needs evolved, particularly around tax structuring, SMSFs, and long-term planning, so did we. Ethical IQ Tax reflects that growth, combining deep expertise with our founding values.
A Different Kind of Advisory
We exist to challenge the one-size-fits-all approach most accountants take. Our clients don’t want box-ticking, they want personalised strategies that protect their wealth and reduce their tax in a way that aligns with how they think and live.

Kindness, Integrity, and Long-Term Thinking
At Ethical IQ, values aren’t just something we write on a page, they’re built into the way we operate, the advice we give, and the outcomes we prioritise.
We work in a space filled with complexity: tax law, asset structuring, and long-term financial strategy. But beneath it all, our approach is simple, do right by the client. Every time.
That means advising with care, speaking plainly, and prioritising strategies that hold up over time. Because the best outcomes are built on trust, not shortcuts.
Kindness
We take the time to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and fears, not just their numbers. That empathy drives the way we communicate, the support we provide, and the clarity we bring to difficult decisions. We believe clients should feel confident and cared for, not just “processed.”
Integrity
We do what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest path. Our advice is always grounded in law, ethics, and long-term thinking, never short-term gains that put clients at risk. We’re not here to “tick boxes.” We’re here to help you build something solid, sustainable, and smart.
Doing the Right Thing, For Everyone
At Ethical IQ, kindness isn’t a marketing slogan, it’s part of who we are. We don’t bang the drum about it, but we believe (like Ricky Gervais says) that “Kindness is Kindness.” That’s why we donate investment income to causes we deeply care about, helping animals and the people who love them.

Community Care
Helping Their Best Mate Stay Healthy
Pets in the Park offers free veterinary care to the pets of people experiencing homelessness.
Every time I see someone on the street with a dog, I’m struck by how loyal and loving animals are, even when their human has nothing. Their pet is their best mate, their family, and often, their whole world.
We can’t solve homelessness, but we can help make sure someone’s best mate gets the care they deserve.

Animal Justice
Protecting the Vulnerable
World Animal Protection rescues animals from cruelty and fights for lasting change.
I can’t watch animals suffer. But I can support the amazing humans who show up every day to fight cruelty and protect lives.
No animal should live in fear or pain, and those working on the frontlines deserve all the help we can give.
